Our school canteen “Sophie’s Express” operates on Tuesday, and operates from Sophie’s Restaurant, our original school building. All meals are prepared onsite by students, under the guidance of our wonderful mentor, Dale. This experience provides students to learn the daily skills required to not only work with food, but to also how to process food orders from start to end. Parents can pre-order food via Compass.
Sophie’s Restaurant also operates a lunch dine in session each Friday. Bookings are essential and are made through Compass. Parents/carers and family members are welcome to join their student for a lunch date.
Canteen also operates from Sophie’s every Wednesday at recess. Students are welcome to bring cash in to purchase ice cream, icy poles, chips, etc.
A sponsored Breakfast Club runs before school each Thursday from 8:15am until 8:45am, which is co-ordinated by a volunteer school community member. This is located in the building near the courtyard.
