Early in 2014 work got under way to transform the original BSPS school building into a student run restaurant.
Sophie’s Restaurant gives the students from Grades 3 to 6 the opportunity to create a menu using some of the produce from our Kitchen Garden, cook and serve their food to other students. Each grade from 3 to 6 takes it in turns each term.
